Frédéric Vidalens was a student at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris from 1944 to 1949 in the studio of Jean Dupas. He is a figurative still life painter who focuses on the geometric composition of everyday objects. He received a first second medal at the three workshops in 1949 and was a member of the National Society of Fine Arts.
