Bill Brewer, an Oregon based contemporary artist, created stylized figurative paintings. Speaking about his process, Brewer noted that "sometimes the paint leads...the color leads...the form leads. It's a conversation between the artist and art work. Painting, sculpture, doing art is a process of discovery."
